This stunning perforated ladle was designed at the behest of and under the guidance of the Consorzio di Tutela Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, the consortium for producers of one of Italy's finest culinary contributions, Buffalo mozzarella. Designed to be used with the Nunziatella container, the stainless steel perforated ladle will hang off the side of the container and allows you to lift fresh mozzarella from the water to serve.
