Part of Alessi's Edo line of cookware, the Edo Milk Boiler is a handy pot for heating up milk and other hot beverages. Edo refers to the Latin - to eat - and is also the ancient name of Tokyo, a place that informs the collection's aesthetics. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the gleaming stainless steel pot has a slight flare at the top, a satin finish interior, ribbon-like handles made from precision cast 18/10 steel with a bronze PVD finish, and a lip for pouring.
